Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Client and ProDevPath SAS, 45 Rue Paradis, 13001 Marseille (SIRET: 923 456 789 00015).

2. Services

Custom office productivity development — Excel workbooks, VBA macros, Word templates, Google Workspace add-ons. All digital delivery.

3. Paiement

50% deposit before development. 50% on delivery. Stripe EUR. TVA 20% included.

4. Propriété

Client owns all deliverables on full payment — source files, VBA code, Apps Script. No lock-in. ProDevPath retains no rights.

5. Garantie

30-day bug warranty. Bugs = deviations from agreed specification. Feature requests = separate project.

6. Loi

French law. Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille. Code de la consommation. 14-day droit de rétractation. Updated: March 2026.
